Richard W. Hutsell

President

Mr. Hutsell is the President of Premier Management, a full service real estate company based in Minnesota.  He has over 20 years of experience in virtually all types of multi-family housing management. He has a proven track record of the successful management of common interest communities, affordable housing, market rate, investment and commercial property management, affordable housing development and regulatory compliance.  Over the last 14 years he personally developed a nationally recognized property management model and has been involved in the development/rehabilitation of thousands of units of multi-family housing. He has also developed and administered successful marketing and management programs for multi-family, condominium, commercial and investment holdings.

Over the last 14 years, Mr. Hutsell has held senior executive positions at CommonBond Communities, a large regional nonprofit based in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he held the dual titles of Vice President of Property Management and Vice President of Common Bond Investment Corporation and recently as the Senior Vice President for Sherman Associates Inc., a large for profit developer based in Minneapolis.

He is a recognized leader in housing management and development having managed cumulative portfolios of over 150 properties located throughout the Midwest with assets in excess of one billion dollars and annual operating budgets of over 100 million.

He is a state licensed Real Estate Broker, has a skilled background in commercial and residential real estate brokerage and acquisition and real property appraisal.
